This is my small tower owned by Sin Vraal and done up pretty well. Its a good base for all the players to operate out of as it is equipped for everything. It also has a decent amount of loot and a lot of magic stuff. There is a lot of Magic leather armor which i liked cuz it gives you the same protection as chanmail and more if you wear the right combination and it also gives no dex loss.
The house is located a minute away from the east brit bank and has a great monster spawn. The neighbors are very nice and friendly too!
